SHIPPING POLICY

We utilise third party companies for shipping, and ship globally from New Zealand. This means that shipping may take some time to reach international locations.

We will do our best to protect products with sustainable packaging materials, but damage can still occur to products. See the returns & refund policy for more information.

RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

Returns of damaged goods are accepted within 30 days. Contact must be made by emailing us at naturalworldexplored@gmail.com 

 

Unfortunately due to shipping costs that may be incurred, it is unlikely we will be able to process change-of-mind refunds.
